1. Who We Are
EVAI is a crypto data-analytics platform that aggregates crypto news, clusters stories by topic, ranks them by attention, and analyzes sentiment in real time, offered through Market Attention, Ratings, Outliers, Frontiers, Clusters, and Resources, available at evai.io and dev.evai.io (the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we collect from visitors and users of the Platform, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
Account data. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (managed via our authentication provider). If you connect a crypto wallet to pay in EVAI Token, we collect the wallet address you use for that transaction.
Subscription and watchlist data. Your subscription plan, billing cycle, watchlist entries (assets you follow), and notification preferences.
Payment data. For fiat payments, payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor; we retain only transaction status, amount, and timestamps, not full card numbers. For EVAI Token payments, we record wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, and timestamps. Blockchain transactions are recorded on a public, immutable ledger (BNB Smart Chain and/or Solana) and are not under our control once submitted.
Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, and access times, collected automatically via Google Analytics.
Support data. Information you submit when contacting support, which is logged as a ticket in our internal support system (Jira).
Communications data. If you opt in, your email address and Telegram handle, used to send you account, security, and subscription-related notices.
We do not collect any social or activity-based data (such as posts, follows, or likes) — the Platform does not include social features.

4. How We Share Your Data
We share Personal Data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform:
- AWS Cognito — authentication and account management
- AWS SES — sending transactional emails
- Tappay — processing recurring fiat card payments
- LayerZero protocol infrastructure — facilitating cross-chain transfers of EVAI Token between BNB Smart Chain and Solana when you use the Bridge
- Telegram — delivering optional notifications
- Jira (Atlassian) — managing support tickets
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics
All providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We do not sell your Personal Data.
We may disclose Personal Data if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case you will be notified.
5. Blockchain and Token-Related Disclosures
The EVAI Token exists natively on BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Token Price Analytics, Ratings, and similar outputs on the Platform are based on publicly available market data and proprietary methodologies, are provided solely for informational purposes, and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
Wallet addresses and transaction data associated with EVAI Token payments are recorded on the relevant public blockchain(s) and on our systems for the purpose of confirming payment, managing subscriptions, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable financial/tax obligations. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the public blockchain infrastructure itself.
We do not use Token Price Analytics, Ratings, or watchlist activity to build individual behavioural profiles, and we do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (AWS, Tappay, Google, Atlassian, Telegram) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. [TBD — confirm once governing entity/jurisdiction is set.]

8. Your Rights

9. How We Protect Your Data
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and secure cloud infrastructure with regular patching. In the event of a data breach affecting your Personal Data, we will notify you and relevant authorities without undue delay as required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
